Winds die down tonight, starting our warmup tomorrow

11 April 2024

What We’re Tracking

Plenty of sunshine

Very warm weekend

Chance for rain early next week

Tonight, the sky remains clear with temperatures dropping down into the upper 30s and lower 40s. Winds drastically calm down from what we saw from this afternoon. We’ll see a northwest breeze around 5 mph.

Rain chances stay rather limited through the work week and weekend. Temperatures stay mild in the upper 60s and lower 70s through Friday, but we’ll likely see some very warm temperatures by the time the weekend rolls around. We can expect gusty winds out of the south, sunshine and temperatures climbing up towards 90°!

Our next best chance for rain looks to arrive Monday afternoon and evening with showers lingering into early Tuesday. Some of the storms my be strong Monday evening, and we’ll keep an eye on this storm chance over the coming days.

After this system moves through, we stay well above average in terms of temperatures, but we’ll be slightly cooler than over the weekend. Highs through midweek will be in the upper 70s and low 80s with overnight lows in the upper 50s.
