Wichita man sentenced to nearly 19 years in prison, restitution in 2019 shooting

Judge Tyler Roush sentenced Eduardo Gallardo, 22 of Wichita, to 226 months in prison and ordered restitution of $6,500 to be paid to the Crime Victims Compensation Board.
