TOPEKA (KSNT) – A country rock band from Springfield, Missouri is on its way to Topeka.
The “Ozark Mountain Daredevils” will hold a live show at the Topeka Performing Arts Center (TPAC) Saturday evening. The band has been performing for more than 50 years since they first met at a songwriting group.
Their show consists of their popular hits which will be showcased alongside the Topeka Symphony. Guitarist and singer, John Dillon, says he’s excited to be back in the Capital City.
“We’re so happy to be back in Topeka,” Dillon said. “We’ve spent a long time since we’ve been here, but we actually started in this part of the world in Kansas and Kansas City, and before we went anywhere, we were preforming in Lawrence and Topeka many, many decades ago.”
Tickets can be found online or be purchased at TPAC’s box office. To learn more about this show or to buy tickets, click here.
