What We’re Tracking
Clear, cold night ahead
Warming back up quickly this week
Windy and warm weekend
Another clear sky tonight with temperatures falling into the lower to middle 20s by early Thursday morning. By Thursday afternoon, we’re already back in the middle 50s. The wind will be gusty through most of this week, but that will ultimately help with our quick warm-up. Clouds will roll in by late Thursday with a passing system, but only a slight chance for a stray shower in the evening or Thursday night.
By the weekend, highs will be back up in the middle to upper 70s, and we may even have a chance for thunderstorms by late Sunday evening! That chance for storms late Sunday and early Monday comes with another cold front, though. That does look to cool us back down for the first part of next week. Highs for Monday look to dip into the middle 50s before rebounding into the lower 60s Tuesday.
Looking ahead a bit, our weather pattern starts to get a bit more active through next week. So, while most of February has been very dry, we may have more opportunities for precipitation for the beginning of March.
