Taco festival, wrestling coming soon to Topeka with new food celebration

TOPEKA (KSNT) – Tickets are almost ready to go on sale for the first annual Topeka Taco Loco Festival happening later this year.

Allison Geist with the Stormont Vail Events Center announced on Friday, March 1 that it will be hosting a one-day indoor fiesta packed with live music from local bands, Lucha Libre Wrestling, drinks, authentic tacos from local restaurants and more. The event will be held from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 4.

Tickets will go on sale starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 8. These can be purchased at the Cable Dahmer Box Office or through ticketmaster.com. Ticket prices and information can be found below:

General admission (no food or drink included with ticket purchase)

$20 in advance

$25 on the day of the event

VIP tickets

$50 in advance

$55 on the day of the event

Includes the following:

One hour early entry

One 16oz margarita

VIP-only line at each vendor
