Summer-like temperatures continue into tomorrow

13 April 2024

What We’re Tracking

Light wind tomorrow

Hot for April!

Chance for storms early next week

We stay extremely warm into the overnight hours. Temperatures only dropping down into the upper 50s and lower 60s. Keep in mind, our average high temperature is in the middle 60s. We hang on to a breezy south wind.

Rain chances stay rather limited to wrap up the weekend. However, we really heat things up over the weekend with summer-like temperatures expected. Less wind, but even warmer with some lower 90s on Sunday afternoon.

Our next best chance for rain looks to arrive Monday afternoon and evening with strong storms and even some showers lingering into early Tuesday. Some of the thunderstorms my be strong to severe Monday evening, and we’ll keep an eye on this storm chance over the coming days.

After this system moves through, we stay well above average in terms of temperatures, but we’ll be slightly cooler than over the weekend. Highs through midweek will be in the lower to middle 80s with nighttime lows in the 50s and lower 60s.
