TOPEKA (KSNT)- The Topeka Watch Commander confirmed that the Topeka Police Department was called out to a scene near 9th and SW Jewell to assist the Topeka Fire Department.
The Fire Department needed their assistance blocking off roads.
The scene is active as of 2:23 a.m. Monday, August 7.
