Showers linger before winding down later Sunday

4 February 2024

What We’re Tracking

Showers decrease late today

Mild weather this week

Showers possible by Thursday

Showers look to linger through the day Sunday, as well. A cold front swings through cooling us down into the upper 40s to near 50° for the end of the weekend. Rain looks to become more spotty in nature by this afternoon and eventually we dry out by the evening.

It looks like we clear things out by Monday as highs rebound a bit. By Tuesday, highs make it back into the upper 50s and lower 60s with even more sunshine. Our next system may move in as early as next late Wednesday or Thursday, but by that point, we may be back up closer to the middle 60s.

We’ll dry out again for the end of the week and start of the weekend, but temperatures will cool back into the 50s for highs. We’re eyeing a system for late next weekend that bring even chillier weather to the area. We’ll have more details as it gets a bit closer to us.
