TOPEKA (KSNT) – Shawnee County District Attorney Mike Kagay sat down with KSNT 27 News Anchor David George to respond to remarks made by Topeka City Councilwoman Christina Valdivia-Alcalá Thursday.
Valdivia-Alcalá organized a meeting with North Topekans and residents of Oakland to have an open discussion about homelessness in the Capital City.
