HUTCHINSON, Kan. (KSNW) — Starting in April, drivers can expect delays on Kansas Highway 96 between Wichita and Hutchinson.
The Kansas Department of Transportation says crews will begin patching work on the highway from the K-14 junction south of Hutchinson to the Sedgwick County line. The work will start on April 1.
Eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in work zones, starting on the driver’s side of the road. KDOT estimates the $1,989,823 project will be completed by mid-to-late-August.
