MANHATTAN (KSNT) – A road project in Manhattan has been postponed till next week after a driver drove through wet concrete.

The City of Manhattan took to social media to inform their residents that the panel replacement project at Browning and Dickens Avenues is being delayed. According to the city, an unknown driver went around barricades and drove through freshly poured concrete.

City workers will now have to tear the section out and repour it. The city said they hope to have the intersection open Monday morning, “as long as no one else disobeys the barricades attempting a quick shortcut!”
