Reno County removes liquor by the drink food requirement

HUTCHINSON, Kan. (KSNW) – A law that nearly forced a Hutchinson brewery to close is changed.

Liquor by the drink required restaurants that sell alcohol by the glass to make 30% of their revenue from food.

Reno County voters overwhelmingly chose to get rid of the rule.
