WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A crash near McConnell Air Force base on Saturday morning hospitalized one person with serious injuries.
The call came in shortly before 7:30 a.m. near the intersection of Oliver and 47th St. S.
The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office said a man in his 30s was hit by a driver heading eastbound across the road.
Law enforcement said at the scene they’re unsure of where the man was going. An investigation is ongoing.
