What We’re Tracking
Partly cloudy tonight
Quiet pattern
Extremely warm next weekend
We had clear skies across Northeast Kansas for the eclipse viewing. Luckily, the cloud cover that moves in has held off. We see a partly cloudy sky through this evening and temperatures drop down into the upper 30s and lower 40s.
Tomorrow, we see highs climbing into the upper 60s and lower 70s with a mostly sunny sky. Winds will be out of the north from 5-15 mph. The storm system that arrives on Wednesday afternoon looks to stay off towards the south so we will miss out on rain.
We settle into a quiet pattern this week. We stay dry for the next 7 days. Temperatures stay mild in the upper 60s and lower 70s. Early trends for next weekend look extremely warm with temperatures in the middle to upper 80s.
