TOPEKA (KSNT) – A new food court and event space is now open for business in downtown Topeka.

‘Cosmos Court’ held their ribbon cutting ceremony this morning. They drew a large crowd of community members, including some elected officials.

Shelby Ross, an ambassador for the Greater Topeka Partnership, was in attendance. He says it’s a good place for Topekans to build a sense of community.

“I think Topeka should come out and see it,” Ross said. “And it’s something that’s new and amazing. And the feeling here, the vibe is amazing. I don’t know any other way to describe it, but I’m just excited.”

The food court boasts a menu that has “everything under the stars,” and is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
