TOPEKA (KSNT) – Topeka’s West Ridge Mall continues to grow in size and attract new tenants with the addition of a new restaurant to its food court area.
‘Rosi’s Food’ is the newest addition to the West Ridge Mall family. Previously located at the intersection of Sixth Street and MacVicar Avenue, the restaurant will focus mostly on selling tamales.
27 News spoke with owner Rosa Lopez who says she wants her business to be open early in the day to catch up with those who come to the mall for exercise. Giving these people snacks and drinks can help give them a good start to the day.
“I want to be here when they open and I want to be here ready for them just in case they need me with maybe coffee, cookies, some water,” Lopez said.
While the restaurant isn’t open yet, Lopez said she is working hard to get the place ready for the public soon. You can keep up with Rosi’s Food by following the restaurant on Facebook.
