What We’re Tracking
Mostly cloudy with a few stray showers tonight
Pleasant Easter weekend
Showers and storms by early next week
Tonight, we hold on to a mostly cloudy sky with a slim chance for a few stray showers as a weak frontal boundary moves into the area. Southerly winds switch to a northerly breeze and drastically calm down throughout tonight.
Despite the front, the upcoming weekend looks rather pleasant. Highs on Saturday look to make it into the upper 60s, and by Sunday we may make it up into the middle to upper 70s! Rain chances are few and far between through this time. You may have to dodge a few stray showers around noon.
Slightly better rain chances may hold off until late Sunday and into Monday, and may increase through the first half of next week. There may be a couple isolated showers or storms later Sunday evening, but a better chance for storms arrives through the day Monday. Showers may linger through the morning on Tuesday before cooler air settle in.
That next push of chilly weather doesn’t stick around for too long, though. We should be back in the mid 60s by the middle of next week.
