What We’re Tracking
Patchy fog and drizzle early Saturday
Skies clearing by Sunday afternoon
Warmer pattern for next week
Areas of fog and drizzle remain in place for the first part of the day, but overall the widespread rainfall with a nearby system will stay well to the south of even our southern counties today. Cloud cover remains in place for Saturday, and that looks to limit warming to the upper 30s to near 40°.
Some western communities may get a glimpse of the sun late Saturday afternoon, but most of the area will have to wait for later on Sunday to finally clear our clouds out. Highs for Sunday will be dependent on when the clouds clear, with western counties making it into the upper 40s with lower to middle 40s east.
Looking ahead into next week, we’re looking at a warmer and drier weather pattern setting up. Already by Monday, we could see high temperatures in the middle to upper 50s, and that mild weather could carry us through the entire week. We may be briefly cooler Wednesday, but highs rebound again on Thursday and remain in the 50s through Friday.
