Man seriously injured in south Wichita stabbing

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Authorities are investigating a stabbing in south Wichita that left a man injured.

It happened around 10:45 a.m. in the 1600 block of Jump Ave., near Hydraulic and Wassall.

Wichita police tell KSN News that a victim had cuts to his arm and was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Police say the injuries are non-life-threatening.

Witnesses told police that the victim was cut by his neighbor. Police are looking for the suspect, who fled the area on foot.
