27 March 2024

LAWRENCE (KSNT) – For the third-straight season, Kansas men’s basketball has finished with a consensus all-American.

Jayhawk center Hunter Dickinson gets the nod as a consensus second-team all-American player. He was named a second-team all-American by the Associated Press (AP), The Sporting News (TSN) and the United States Basketball Writers of America (USBWA), while getting a third-team from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).

The Big 12 first-teamer and conference Newcomer of the Year averaged 17.9 points and a Big 12-leading 10.8 rebounds per game.

Dickinson follows recent consensus first-teamers Ochai Agbaji and Jalen Wilson as Jayhawks to receive the postseason honor.
