Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services hosting town hall to discuss plans for South Central Regional Psychiatric Hospital

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services is hosting a town hall to discuss plans for the South Central Regional Psychiatric Hospital.

The town hall will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb 26, at Wichita South High School, 701 W. 33rd St. S.

“A building site in southwest Wichita at the corner of MacArthur and Meridian, was recently chosen for the South Central Regional Psychiatric Hospital,” says the Sedgwick County Government. “This state-of-the-art facility will serve adults in a mental health crisis and those needing a court-ordered evaluation or treatment.”
