What country music stars have signed on to the 2024 Country Stampede?

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – One of the original members of the 70’s rock band ‘KANSAS’ is taking a break from the 50th Anniversary tour due to health complications.
The band made the announcement that Phil Ehart would be taking a break from the tour via social media on Friday, Feb. 23. While Ehart’s return to the band is unknown as he recovers from his heart attack, he will continue to serve as the band manager for KANSAS, a role which he has filled for 40 years.
Taking up Ehart’s position on the drums will be Eric Holmquist in the band’s upcoming performance on March 1 in Richmond, Virginia. Holmquist has filled in for Ehart in the past and has picked up some skills from Ehart over the course of 20 years.
KANSAS is currently scheduled for two performances in the state of Kansas on March 22 and March 23 in the Stiefel Theatre in Salina. For more tour dates and to learn more about the band’s 50th Anniversary tour, click here.
