TOPEKA (KSNT) – The Topeka Police Department are investigating a hit and run near Washburn University.
At 11:05 p.m. April 26, there was a report of a hit and run at 21st and Washburn, according to the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office.
There are no injuries reported at this time.
