HAYS, Kan. (KSNW) — The Chamber of Hays Legislative Coffee series will hold its first meeting soon.
The Legislative Coffee series allows the public a chance to meet local leaders, learn about the legislative process, and ask questions. It is free and open to the public.
“The Legislative Coffee session serves as a crucial platform for citizens to stay informed about legislative developments in our area,” says Sarah Wasinger, President and CEO of The Chamber. “It is an invaluable opportunity to have a direct dialogue with our legislators, enabling the community to voice concerns and seek clarification on important matters.”
The first Legislative Coffee session will take place on Saturday, Feb. 3, at 8:30 a.m. at the Hays Public Library. The library is also hosting the March 2 and April 6 sessions.
