Family of 9-year-old raped and killed in 1990 asking for help as killer now up for parole hearing

It was a horrific tragedy in 1990 when a nine-year-old Wichita girl was raped, beat and strangled to death. Now, the family says the killer is up for a parole hearing, and are asking for your help.
