EMPORIA (KSNT) – A Kansas university announced it is eliminating the application fee for undergraduates.
Emporia State University (ESU) has decided to eliminate the application fee for undergraduates. The university announced on Tuesday that it has “taken a bold step to expand accessibility and remove a financial barrier for future students”.
This move streamlines the admissions process and simplifies a student’s first steps to becoming a Hornet.

This free application is now available to domestic first time, transfer, second bachelor’s seeking, non-traditional and distance undergraduate students, according to the university.
