El Dorado woman formally charged in child exploitation case

EL DORADO, Kan. (KSNW) — An El Dorado woman has been charged with 11 felony counts related to crimes against children.

Lillian Bagley is charged with the following:

Three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child

Two counts of aggravated internet trading in child pornography

Six counts of sexual exploitation of a child


Man charged with murder in 2020 fentanyl overdose

The crimes are alleged to have happened between September and October of 2023. She was arrested Tuesday by El Dorado Police after an investigation that stemmed from a tip received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

El Dorado police say anyone who has information about crimes against children can visit the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children online to submit a tip or by calling 1-800-843-5678.
