WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Salina City Commission will hold a special meeting on Monday to discuss the Cozy Inn mural.
It comes after the restaurant sued the city after being forced to stop painting a mural on the side of the building. The owner claims it violates his right to free speech.
Earlier this month, the city hired a Denver-based attorney for the lawsuit.
The meeting will happen at 6 p.m. at the City-County Building, 300 W. Ash St., Room 107.
