KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) — There are only a few NFL records that Travis Kelce hasn’t broken yet, but he’s changing that.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end passed Hall of Famer Jerry Rice to collect the most postseason catches in NFL history at 152.
Kelce and quarterback Patrick Mahomes have been almost unstoppable to start the 2024 AFC Championship against the Baltimore Ravens.
They have connected for seven catches, 68 yards, and a touchdown in the first half.
Kelce will need a few extra games to pass Rice for the most receiving yards in postseason history at 2,245 receiving yards.
Two more Mahomes TD passes would move him past HOF QB Peyton Manning (40) and into the top five for most postseason passing touchdowns in NFL history.
A win against the Ravens would put the Chiefs in their second straight Super Bowl.
