KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) — The Kansas City Chiefs have signed a receiver that fans have been wanting all offseason.

According to multiple reports, former Baltimore Ravens and Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown has gained with the Chiefs on a one-year contract with $7 million guaranteed and worth up to $11 million.

Brown was a 2019 first-round pick with the Ravens, peaking in 2021 when he hauled in 91 passes for 1,008 yards and six touchdowns.

The former Oklahoma standout was later traded to the Arizona Cardinals, where he posted 118 receptions, 1,283 yards, and seven scores in 26 games in two years.

The soon-to-be 27-year-old has averaged 11.3 yards per catch throughout his career.

This is one of the few free agents that the Chiefs have signed who was not on the team last year.
