ANDOVER, Kan. (KSNW) — Police in Andover are asking people to avoid Andover Central Park where a cell phone tower was apparently recently struck by lightning.
Andover Police say the tower caught on fire and there is concern it could collapse. KSN News has a crew headed to the scene.
