SALINE COUNTY, Kan. (KSNW) — The U.S. Postal Service has temporarily closed the post office in Brookville, in Saline County. The Postal Service says the closure is for needed repairs.
KSN News asked a spokesperson how long the office will be closed and what kind of repairs are being done. The spokesperson said he did not have specifics yet.
In the meantime, the Postal Service has moved all delivery and retail services to the Salina Post Office, 211 E. Ash Street. The Salina Post Office’s hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. It is closed on Sunday.
