TOPEKA (FOX 43)- As we grow older, it starts to get harder and harder to get around and do things that we once considered simple.
In these cases, people are forced to buy a new home that can adhere to their needs, or they have to make expensive renovations to their current home to remain there.
However, instead of doing this, you can just start “Aging in Place.” This is the concept that Lacey Kinder with the Capper Foundation and Mike Pressgrove with PDQ Construction are trying to familiarize people with.
