Wichita man faces new charge in kidnapping, abuse of 14-year-old Arkansas girl

David Roark was arrested December 14 while leaving a home in the 1800 block of North Litchfield, in Wichita’s North Riverside neighborhood. The missing teen was found locked in a closet in the house.
