Fire marshal: Man who died in house explosion didn’t have fireworks permit

One day after an explosion and fire in southwest Wichita at the home of a man who was said to make fireworks, we’re taking a closer look at what it legally takes to make and have commercial fireworks and whether the man who died had that clearance.
