WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Emergency crews have transported four people from the Sedgwick County Jail to a Wichita hospital.

Sedgwick County dispatchers say staff at the jail requested Narcan or another naloxone device. Naloxone is the antidote given when someone has an opioid overdose.

Sedgwick County Sheriff Jeff Easter told KSN News that he suspects fentanyl, but he said it has not been confirmed yet.
