WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Wichita Police Department responded to a person with a weapon near downtown Wichita Thursday evening.
Reports came in just after 6 p.m. in the area of South Broadway and East Indianapolis Street.
Sedgwick County dispatch has not confirmed the type of weapon.
Police response has blocked off Broadway south of Orme. Avoid the area.
