The bond for each parent is set at $1 million. They are due back in court on March 22.

According to the autopsy report, on the day of Kaiden’s death, he had been with his father in his father’s car. The report says he was returned to his mother before she went into the store. It goes on to say the mother thought Kaiden was sleeping, but at some point, she noticed he was unresponsive.

The autopsy report also mentions that Kaiden “was removed from his parents’ care at birth when he tested positive for methamphetamine.”
