12 February 2024
After seeing some weekend snow there are still some leftovers in the southeast corner of the area. Any accumulation early this morning will be light.
Sunshine and highs mainly in the 50s will help melt any snow. South Central Kansas will be breezy but winds will be light across the rest of the area.
Temperatures continue to warm nicely through much of this week. A cold front dips down into the area by late Thursday and will make temperatures feel more like winter at the end of the work week and over the weekend.
There will also be some moisture associated with this disturbance. A rain/snow mixture will be possible Friday and into Saturday.
This is worth keeping an eye on but not does not look too impressive at the moment.
