LAWRENCE (KSNT) – Ice cream enthusiasts won’t need to wait much longer in Lawrence for a new Baskin-Robbins to open for business.

A press release from the ice cream chain says locals in Lawrence can expect a new Baskin Robbins to open at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 1626 West 23rd Street. The store is said to have some new features like a modern design, new ice cream dipping cabinets, a modernized menu, flexible and comfortable seating options and upgraded digital menu boards.

Next month, on March 23, this business will hold a grand opening celebration where the first 15 people to arrive will have the opportunity to get free ice cream scoops for a year. The location will be open daily following the opening in February from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
