New surveillance video shows theft of Jackie Robinson statue

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The 2024 Midwestern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships have kicked off in Wichita at Intrust Bank Arena.
Thousands of skaters and over 100 teams are competing through Saturday. One skater from Austin, Texas, Hannah Hinojosa, says she loves how diverse her team and this competition are with different levels and ages of skaters.
Kameryn Furman is a coach and skater for KC Momentum, and they have multiple teams competing in the competition. There are thousands of skaters from ages 7-70.
Wichita has access to three sheets of ice within a mile, including the Wichita Ice Center and Intrust Bank Arena.
