WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Authorities closed down several lanes of 13th Street between Rock and Webb Road due to a crash.
Around 6:50 a.m. on Tuesday, a driver was reportedly going at a high rate of speed when the vehicle they were driving crashed and rolled twice.
The person inside was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
