Wichita woman pleads guilty in the death of her 1-year-old daughter

In October 2021, officers responded to he report of an infant not breathing at a home in the 800 block of South Mission, near Lincoln and Woodlawn. They arrived to find Dilley’s daughter, 1-year-old My’onna Townley, in critical condition.
