Kelly administration rebuts Kansas judge’s order to stop gender changes on driver’s licenses

Attorneys for the Kansas Department of Revenue requested a hearing to argue for reversal of the temporary restraining order issued by a district court judge to block Kansans seeking to amend their gender marker on their driver’s licenses.
