TOPEKA (KSNT) – Topeka’s city manager and mayor are meeting Tuesday morning at City Hall for their monthly press conference.
Topeka’s acting city manager, Richard Nienstedt, and Mayor Mike Padilla are meeting to discuss the latest city issues. Topeka’s City Manager Stephen Wade is currently on a leave of absence.
