TOPEKA (KSNT)– The Kansas City Chiefs are heading back to the Super Bowl for the fourth time in five years, and the red kingdom didn’t waste any time trying to get their AFC championship merchandise.
One Rally House manager tells 27 News that dozens of people were lined up outside the store before the game was over. When Asked why, several Chiefs fans gave the same answer.
“Because I wanted to be one of the first ones to wear the Chiefs gear,” Chad Manis, a lifelong Chiefs fan, said. “The new AFC champions,”
“I knew I wanted to get a shirt,” Charda Bell, another die-hard Chiefs fan said. “This is the first time I’ve been able to come out right after the game and get a shirt, so it was important for me to just be one of the first people to come out and get a T-shirt.”
Rally House sold out of almost every shirt within an hour. While they did add they will be getting more shipments throughout the week, you can also find them online, but ordering as soon as possible is recommended as the shirts are selling quickly.
