1 million Lego bricks coming to Exploration Place

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Exploration Place’s newest exhibit is for Lego lovers of all ages. Bricktopia opens this Friday, Jan. 26 and features three exhibits in one:

Million Brick Madness: One million Lego bricks will create “an epic playground of imagination.” Guests can build and sort to their hearts’ content.

Brick Dinos: See the Jurassic dinosaurs built by Lego master artist Warren Elsmore.

Adrift: Lost at Sea: This exhibit tells what happened after five million Lego bricks spilled from a ship into the ocean in 1997.

Bricktopia runs through May 5.

Admission to Exploration Place and the Bricktopia exhibit:

Adults — $12

Senior citizens — $10

Youth — $10

Children ages 2 and younger — Free.

Exploration Place, 300 N. McLean Blvd., is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Thursdays, it stays open until 8 p.m.
